Modchip Disclaimer

In many countries it is legal to install and use a Modchip in ones own personal game console. However, the copying and selling of games is illegal in many (if not all) countries. Some countries laws do not allow their citizens to use backups, even if one owns the original, one must first check with ones own country's laws, and respect them. If one do have the right to make backups, this means that one must have bought the original license to use this game. CMS do not condone the illegal copying and/or distribution of software for the games consoles or any other format. One must act accordingly to the laws of their country! Respect the software industry, respect the law and use the products accordingly. One must remember that the intended purpose of Modchip is to allow ones games console to play imports and backups of software that one legally owns or developed by oneself, which is permitted by the law in nearly all countries.

In addition, please note that If you are in any shape or form affiliated with any Government (police and/or federal) agency, or Microsoft or SONY or Nintendo, anti-backup group, or any other related group, or were formerly a member of one, you may not enter this site, nor view any of the HTML files. One must remember we do not condone the use of illegally backup games. We do not sell backups and we do not have backups available for download. Most importantly, respect the software industry, respect the law and use the products accordingly.

NOTE: According to Copyright laws you are entitled to owning backups if you do indeed own the original games.
